The United Black Electrical and General Contractors Association exists to empower the next generation of electricians, and general contractors equipping young people from diverse backgrounds with the knowledge and skills necessary to succeed.

 

Through a range of educational and hands-on experiences, our members are able to learn complex concepts and best practices for working as a diversified black electrician. We strive to build up communities through providing access to career opportunities and elevating the voices of electrical professionals.
